Submitting a Travel Request (Tutorial

Login using your user name and password. 


Step (1 of 4) -
Departure and Destination / Date and Time

(1)  Click on the (*international) link for instructions to submit an international Travel Request:
(2)  Select the Type of travel One way, Round Trip or Multi Leg - this graphic shows a Round Trip
(3)  Enter your desired departure and destination locations.  You can enter a City and State code such as San Jose, CA or a zip code or an airport identifier code.  ZIP Code finder
(4)  Select "Depart" or "Arrive" to indicate whether your times apply to the Departure or Arrival airport.    If you want to leave at 8am select "Depart" as in the Departure Flight of this graphic.   If you want to arrive at your destination at 7 pm select "Arrive" as in the Return Flight of this graphic.
(5)  Click the Calendar icon for a drop down calendar.  The drop down is not available on a PDA so you will need to type the date.   Format must be MM/DD/YYYY.
(6)  Select your desired departure and arrival times as appropriate.
(7)  For round trip flights a second date/time section is used to enter information for the return flight.

One way Travel Requests are entered the same way as round trip requests but there is only one Date/Time section.

(1)  Multi-Leg trips appear as in the graphic.
(2)  You can use zip codes to search for suitable airports
(3)  The time drop down menu incorporates general time options so you can show aircraft operators that your time is flexible.  This allows the operators to set departure and arrival times to fit their schedule and may allow them to quote you a lower price due to the increased efficiency.
(4)  To add another leg to your itinerary click the "+ Add a Leg" button.
(5)  To remove a leg from your itinerary click the "-Remove a Leg" button.
